Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any free trial or paid service we provide. By requesting a trial you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, please do not request a trial.

1. Who we are

This website and service are operated by AboStream (“we”, “us”). Contact details are on our Contact page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, be able to enter into a binding agreement, and use the service lawfully where you live. You are responsible for making sure that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

3. Free trial

• You request a trial by contacting us through WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Tell us your device and country, and we confirm availability and set up your trial through chat.
• The trial lasts 24 hours from the time we activate it, unless we tell you otherwise.
• We do not ask for payment details to start a trial, and a trial does not turn into a paid subscription unless you separately agree to buy one. Please do not send passwords or payment card numbers in chat.
• Availability depends on your device, region and our capacity. We may decline or end a trial, for example if requests are repeated, if we suspect abuse, or if your device is not compatible.
• The purpose of the trial is for you to test the service on your own device and connection. We do not guarantee that it will work on every device or network.

4. Paid service

If you decide to buy after your trial, we will tell you the price, the length of the plan, the payment methods and the cancellation and refund terms before you pay, and confirm them in writing. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation or refund rights you have under the law that applies to you.

5. What you need to use the service

You need a compatible device and a stable internet connection. You are responsible for any third-party player app you choose to install and for following that app’s own licence and terms. We do not supply, endorse or control third-party apps.

6. Content

Channel and programme availability can change. All trademarks and brand names belong to their owners and are not an indication of affiliation or endorsement.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• resell, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly perform the service or any content;
• share your access with people or devices beyond what we have agreed with you;
• try to bypass technical limits, abuse free trials, or interfere with the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or abuse or harass our staff.

We may suspend or end access if you break these rules.

8. Service quality

We aim to provide a reliable service and helpful support, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Picture quality and performance depend on your device, home network and internet provider. We may carry out maintenance or change features, and will give notice where reasonably possible.

9. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and the free trial is provided as is without a promise of any particular result.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. If you buy a paid plan, the terms agreed when you bought it continue to apply to that plan unless the law requires otherwise or you agree to a change.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law that applies to the agreement between you and us. If you are a consumer, you also have the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing here removes them.
